Abstract:
Case report on a 60-year-old woman suffering from Thibièrge-Weissenbach syndrome, a combination of scleroderma (microstoma, atrophy of all fingertips) with extensive universal calcinosis of the skin on the lateral aspect of the right thigh, on both shoulders and the fingertips. Surgical removal of the "tumor" which weighed over 2000 grams was technically very difficult and not radical, since it infiltrated large areas of the muscles around the hip and thich.
