    Summary

    Two cases of non-parasitic chyluria, a rare urinary disorder, were successfully treated by surgically removing abnormal lymphatic vessels. This intervention resolved urinary retention and symptoms, suggesting lymphatic malformations as the underlying cause.

    Background:

    • Non-parasitic chyluria is a rare condition characterized by the presence of chyle in the urine.
