Cardiac rhythm disturbances in patients with left atrial isomerism

Patients with left atrial isomerism (LAI) frequently develop bradyarrhythmia due to sinus node dysfunction. Associated conduction abnormalities, including junctional ectopic tachycardia and Mahaim-like pathways, are also common in these complex congenital heart cases.
