Abstract
Objective:
To analyse the surgical treatment of 124 cases of epispadias (incomplete 27 cases, complete 21 and complex 76).
Method:
Leadbetter's operation was used for anti-incontinence. Urethral tightening was used in 4 cases of complete female epispadias. Penile straightening was adopted for incomplete epispadias and penile lengthening for complete and complex male epispadias.
Result:
In 97 cases of urinary incontinence, complete continence was achieved in 73.
Conclusion:
The orthopedic effects of external genitals were satisfactory.
