Abstract:
The aim of this study is to develop the previous research on tetanus toxoid and improve the level of antibodies against tetanus and diphtheria toxoids using liposomes as adjuvant. The results show that negatively charged liposomes enhance the immune effects of the combination of the two vaccines.
