Summary

Anterior transmuscular transposition of the ulnar nerve improved cubital tunnel syndrome symptoms in most patients. Nonsmokers reported significantly better outcomes than smokers following the ulnar nerve surgery.

Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the subjective outcomes of patients who underwent anterior transmuscular transposition for cubital tunnel syndrome.

  • A cohort of 100 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome were assessed at least 2 years post-surgery.
