  • A pediatric case presented with extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) during concurrent treatment with risperidone, methylphenidate, sertraline, tropisetron, and ketorolac.
  • The observed extrapyramidal symptoms included features suggestive of acute dystonia or parkinsonism.

  • Administration of benztropine, an anticholinergic agent, effectively resolved the extrapyramidal symptoms.
