Background:

Eyelid defects often result from the surgical excision of neoplasms.
Reconstruction of the eyelid margin requires specialized techniques to preserve function and aesthetics.

To evaluate the efficacy of the cutaneomarginal graft in repairing eyelid defects.

A case series of five patients undergoing eyelid reconstruction was reviewed.
The cutaneomarginal graft technique involves using eyelid margin tissue with anterior lamella skin.

All five patients achieved satisfactory functional and aesthetic results following the cutaneomarginal graft procedure.
