Abstract:
Solitary right ventricular metastasis of renal cell carcinoma is extremely rare. Herein, we report a surgical case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the right ventricle, associated with an unusual presentation of "a syndrome resembling idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura".
