Abstract:
Liver resection surgery for tumors has many dilemas and possible intraoperative complications that surgeon has to deal with during his work. Objectives of this work was to, according to our experience, and pointing to a certain anatomical and technically essential moments, makes possible easier decission making concerning the indications, with safer work. Also, we wanted to suggest how to deal with possible complications during the operations.
