Leukotriene B4 (LTB4) levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were significantly elevated in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients, suggesting its potential role in MS pathophysiology. Other leukotrienes showed no significant differences, indicating a specific involvement of LTB4.
