Summary

Microlaparoscopic cholecystectomy using smaller 3.5-mm trocars significantly reduces incisional pain and improves cosmetic outcomes compared to traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy. This technique is feasible and beneficial for patients undergoing gallbladder removal.
