CHI. Who nose best? Commission for Health Improvement

CHI is the fastest growing institution in the NHS. It has been generally well accepted by the NHS. Its methodology is a compromise between looking at mechanisms and testing whether they deliver in practice. There is no consistency in the basic data provided in CHI reports. It remains to be seen what effect CHI reports have on improving patient care.
