[Technical appliances for the Segal retractor in abdominal surgery]

Additional specula and other technical appliances for Sigal retractor (patent No. 2147840 of 27.04.2000) were used in 300 operations. These appliances make easier surgical approach, in particular dislocation not only of surgical wound margins but also of lower tissues (visceral organs--urinary bladder, uterus, liver, etc). It prevents intraoperative complications, increases ablation of surgery, reduces surgical team.
