  • Lesions are typically elevated, measuring 5-15 mm in diameter.

  • Histological examination reveals multinucleated giant cells within a cellular stroma.
  • The stroma may also contain osteoblasts, myofibroblasts, macrophages, and Langerhans cells.
  • A case report illustrating these features is presented.

  • This approach aims to minimize the risk of clinical recurrence.
