Summary

Alcohol-based handrubs (ABH) and antiseptic handwashing (AS) are more effective for healthcare worker hand hygiene (HH) than non-antiseptic handwashing (US). ABH demonstrated the greatest bacterial reduction, indicating superior efficacy in clinical settings.
