Summary

Cochlear implantation significantly reduced tinnitus handicap and improved quality of life, with no significant differences between the two implant systems studied. Audiologic outcomes were comparable across both devices.

    • Cochlear implantation effectively reduces tinnitus handicap and improves quality of life.
    • Both implant systems provide comparable audiologic outcomes and patient satisfaction.
