Short-lasting Unilateral Neuralgiform headache attacks with Conjunctival injection and Tearing (SUNCT) is a rare male-predominant headache disorder. Its unpredictable attacks, characterized by severe unilateral pain and autonomic symptoms, pose diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.
