Summary

The Ets-related gene (ESX) is upregulated in some breast cancers and its transcription is controlled by ErbB receptor signaling. ErbB2 signaling directly influences ESX expression, suggesting ESX is a downstream mediator in ErbB2-driven breast cancer.
