[Effect of "polyen" on modified serum albumin in athletes under physical load]
1Vernadsky Tavrida National University, Ukraine, Sympheropol.
Abstract:
It has been shown that during adaptation to muscle loads in organism of sportsmen serum albumin liganding becomes more intensive (particular by POL products), the protein effective concentration reduces and the formation of protein modificated form. After use of biopreparation "Polyen" containing polyunsaturated fatty acids w3, the ligand redistribution is realized, the conformational state of albumin is stabilized.

Exercise and Cardiovascular Response
Light to moderate physical activity initiates a series of interconnected responses in the body. The heart rate modestly increases in anticipation of the workout, followed by widespread vasodilation as oxygen consumption by skeletal muscles increases. This results in decreased peripheral resistance, increased capillary blood flow, and accelerated...
Factors Affecting Protein-Drug Binding: Drug-Related Factors
One crucial factor in drug-protein binding is the drug's lipophilicity or its affinity for fat. More lipophilic drugs tend to have higher binding extents. For example, highly lipophilic drugs like cloxacillin exhibit substantial protein binding, with as much as 95% of the drug binding to proteins. In contrast,...
Factors Affecting Protein-Drug Binding: Protein-Related Factors
The physicochemical properties of a drug play a significant role in its ability to bind to proteins. Lipophilic drugs, which dissolve in fats, oils, and lipids, can be bound by...
Factors Affecting Protein-Drug Binding: Patient-Related Factors
Age stands as a key determinant in protein-drug binding. Neonates, characterized by low albumin content, experience heightened concentrations of unbound drugs such as phenytoin and...
