On the alert for pregnancy-induced hypertension

Increasing the skills of maternal-child home care nurses can identify early incidences of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) for medical intervention, resulting in the prevention of hospitalization and decrease of potential complications. This article describes one agency's approach to teaching staff these important skills.
