Abstract
Background:
There are two main classes of Abs directed against the CD20 Ag that have been developed for therapeutic intent: unconjugated and radio-labeled Abs.
Methods:
The clinical results available from the large clinical trials utilizing both the unconjugated and radiolabelled Abs are summarized in this article.
Discussion:
Both of these classes of agents have shown promise in clinical trials both alone and in conjunction with conventional chemotherapy or high-dose chemotherapy and transplantation. Ongoing research with these agents will provide further evidence of the place in clinical practice for these agents.
