[Oncocytoma with rare localization (author's transl)]

A rare case of oncocytoma involving the nose and paranasal sinuses is reported. Although the tumor is benign histologically, extensive local destruction as well as life-threatening hemorrhage can occur. Recommended treatment for the tumor is wide surgical exposure with radical extirpation.
