  • To evaluate the safety and efficacy of routine intraoperative angiography in surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms.

  • Prospective data from 303 aneurysm surgeries (1996-2000) were reviewed.
  • Intraoperative angiography findings led to clip readjustment in 11% of cases.
  • Complications were tracked, with 2.6% of patients experiencing adverse events.
