Summary

Cryopreservation (embryo freezing) and intra-venous albumin show no significant difference in preventing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). Insufficient evidence supports routine cryopreservation or the superiority of albumin over freezing for OHSS management in assisted reproduction.
