[The transurethral electroresection with continuous waterflow through a new resectoscope (author's transl)]
Abstract:
We report on the experiences of more than 100 resections of the adenoma of the prostata gland with a new resectoscope is made known. This offers the advantages of the continuous waterflow by maintaining physiological bladder pressure. The possibility of permanent resection leads to 1. a considerably shortened operation time and 2. abolition of the TUR syndrom 3. The requirement of electroresection is facilitated.
