Abstract:
A 32-year-old woman who had a history of abruptio placentae and cesarean section with her first pregnancy experienced vaginal hemorrhage 6 weeks after her last menstrual period. Clinical examination and ultrasound findings were consistent with cervical ectopic pregnancy. The gestation was hysteroscopically resected with the aid of the rollerbar.
