Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the diagnostic performance of scintimammography in assessing breast lesions.
  • To determine its effectiveness in various clinical scenarios, including palpable and non-palpable lesions, and indeterminate preliminary diagnoses.

  • Correlated scintigraphic findings with histopathologic outcomes in 219 patients.
  • Analyzed results based on lesion palpability, tumor size, and preliminary diagnostic uncertainty.
  • Assessed its utility in patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
