Interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha) therapy for chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) can trigger multiple sclerosis (MS) symptoms. Cessation of IFN-alpha resolved MS, while its reintroduction worsened it, suggesting a shared immune mechanism.
