Abstract:
Factors of genetic instability in the 'oncovirus-cell' system, namely, expression of early genes (mainly on the example of adenoviruses), interaction between the viral and cellular genes, expression of some cellular genes and genetic elements activated in the infected cells, and inhibition of the DNA repair affected by exogenous nucleotide sequences and modified bases, are reviewed.
