Summary

This study confirms celery and zucchini allergies using double-blind placebo-controlled food challenges (DBPCFC). Ubiquitous cross-reactive structures like Bet v 1 and cross-reactive carbohydrate epitopes (CCD) are key allergens in celery and zucchini allergy.
