Abstract:
A total of 72 patients with chronic gastroduodenitis having become victims of the Chernobyl accident were examined. Of these, 43 subjects exhibited surface gastroduodenitis (GD), 29 had erosive GD. In the studies made, the role has been ascertained of the duodenogastral reflux, allergization of the organism, and changes in the immune system in the pathogenesis of erosive-and-ulcerous lesions of the gastroduodenal portion of the digestive system.
