Summary
Pulmonary hyalinizing granulomas, rare lung lesions, were diagnosed in a young woman. Surgical resection confirmed this noninfectious immune reaction, with no recurrence after a year.

Background:
- Pulmonary hyalinizing granulomas (PHG) are rare, noninfectious lung lesions.
