Summary

Interleukin-10 (IL-10) plays a key role in myeloma cell growth and characteristics. Its expression in myeloma patients may help in disease sub-categorization and personalized therapy development.

Background:

  • Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is a critical cytokine influencing myeloma cell proliferation and characteristics, alongside IL-6.
