Abstract:
cDNA representational difference analysis was used to clone genes specifically expressed in murine nasopharynx. 7 difference fragments were obtained after 3 rounds of subtractive hybridization and it was found that TDP1 was specifically expressed in murine nasopharynx, but TDP4 was expressed in murine nasopharynx and esophagus. Comparisons between our sequencing results and data in GenBank show no homology, suggesting that both TDP1 and TDP4 are new genes.
