[Feeding jejunostomy and protective ileostomy in acute necrotizing pancreatitis]

The authors emphasize the complexity of the problem of treating acute necrotizing pancreatitis. On their own group of 52 operated patients during 1995-2000 they present the gradual, in 2000 dramatic, improvement of results in which participate in addition to modern therapeutic procedures also the concentrated interest in the problem and the personal experience of the surgeons.
