[Study the chemical constituents from Phlomis mongolica turcz]
Abstract
Objective:
To investigate the chemical constituents from the root of Phlomis mongolica.
Method:
The chemical constituents were extracted with solvent and separated with chromatographic methods. Three compounds were obtained and identified by MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT, HMQC and HMBC methods.
Result:
The structures were established as phloyoside III, phloyoside I and cistanoside B.
Conclusion:
These compounds were obtained from P. mongolica for the first time. Phloyoside III is a new compound.
