  • One lesion was located at a previous laparoscopic scar site.
  • Skin biopsy revealed epithelioid cell granulomas.

Findings:

  • Pus culture identified Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis).
  • The isolated M. tuberculosis strain exhibited resistance to all essential anti-TB drugs, classifying it as multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB).
