Excisions in the area of the chin--a clinical note

Elective excisions on the face below the mouth and on the sides of the chin appear to yield better results when the wrinkle lines radiating out from the lips are utilized. Smile wrinkle lines appear to be less useful as demonstrated in the two cases presented.
