Summary
Cavernous hemangioma of the rib is a rare condition. This case report highlights the importance of considering rib hemangiomas in the differential diagnosis of chest wall tumors, particularly in asymptomatic individuals.

- Consideration is particularly important for asymptomatic or incidentally discovered rib masses.
