[Ultrasonic echography for exploration of parotid tumors]

The authors describe results obtained with ultrasonic echotomography for differential diagnosis of parotid tumours. A picture of the neoplasms is obtained and its benign or malignant nature is ascertained by graded sensitivity investigation.
