[Therapy of malignant melanoma]

The treatment of malignant melanoma is described (preoperative, one-time radiation with 10 000 roentgen, excision, endolymphatic radionuclid therapy in localisation of the tumor on the legs, following operative and radiological treatment in metastatic tumors). The statistical reports are analyzed. It seems that the survival rats is not dependent alone on the extent of the surgical intervention.
