Polysplenia syndrome with skeletal and central nervous system anomalies

A case of polysplenia syndrome with severe skeletal and central nervous system anomalies is presented. Similar cases from the literature with particular reference to skeletal anomalies are discussed. The need for systematic radiologic examination in cases of "splenia" syndromes is emphasized.
