[Modalities of therapeutic approach to marginal milieux]

The present work focuses on a longitudinal study of 15 families, followed by the social service of the "Ecole de plein Air" where these children were placed. The social workers were thus accepted with a sense of trust. They could continue the relation with the school but farther help on the pedagogic level, which showed that they could share. The psychiatrist and the psychological service have only provided the specialised information as well as supervision. Underestimation and defense reactions regarding usual criteria dissuade individual care for children of such circles, which always were failures. The unity of life in a school and educative setting has to be the reinforcing attitude along with familial action.
