This review highlights numerous randomized clinical trials for prostate cancer and bladder cancer conducted in Japan. The findings confirm substantial research efforts in these urologic oncology fields within the country.

Sixty-two RCT reports identified for bladder cancer.
Common treatments included hormonal therapy for advanced prostate cancer and intravesical instillation post-transurethral resection for superficial bladder cancer.
