Abstract:
Radioaerosol test findings of mucociliary clearance (MCC) were compared in 9 patients with mucoviscidosis and 15 patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB). In COB patients MCC was 1.5 times less. In mucoviscidosis, impaired MCC is not so essential for development of the pathological process while mechanisms of bronchial obstruction in MV and COB differ. Therefore, a differential approach to treatment of these diseases should be applied.
