Abstract:
This article is devoted to hormonal pathogenesis of chosen autoimmune diseases--systemic lupus erythematosus and systemic sclerosis--basis of the latest literature. Authors take note of possible role of many different hormonal factors, especially estrogens, androgens and prolactin, in etiology of these diseases. The further study of mentioned problems can lead to new clinical and therapeutic implications in dermatology and rheumatology.
