Abstract
Background:
Vulvar lesions may be seen as part of a systemic disease.
Case:
A 54-year-old woman developed vulvar lesions as a feature of Wegener's granulomatosis.
Conclusion:
The vulva can be involved in systemic vasculitis but only rarely.
