Examining hospice team meetings

Many people are a bit insecure about their style of running a meeting, a bit sensitive to criticism about it and yet motivated to improve. In addition, many managers worry about a lack of efficiency, as team meetings are expensive when you calculate staff time. The author discusses an examination he conducted regarding team meetings and some observations he made as he analyzed the data that was collected.
