Histamine fluorescence in group forming peritoneal cells of the rat embryo
Abstract:
In the peritoneal fluid of 18-21-day-old rat embryos the lymphocytes form groups and give an intensive yellow - histamine - fluorescence. The group contain myeloid elements, too. After birth the fluorescence disappears.
